MATE Connect is live!
We are now offering automatic configuration on our network!
What does that mean for you? Customers can now sign up with MATE and use most compatible modems available on the market (Excluding locked models), making a MATE NBN service easier to sell to your clients.
How does it work? Customers just needs to sign up using your IBO link and once their service is active, they’ll receive a confirmation email stating that the service is now live.
A set up guide is provided via email to assist the customer with the connection process, which is very simple to follow.
All the customer needs to do is plug in their modem once the service is active and our systems will take care of the rest, setting up the modem and getting the customer online in no time at all!

Of course, if all else fails and the customer is not able to browse the internet or get their service working, have them try a factory reset on their modem, holding the reset button down for 10 seconds.
If that still does not help, please have your customer reach out to technical support on 13 14 13 and press 3 for the support team, who will assist with the final steps.
