When does my MATE Mobile Service Start?
Your Mate Mobile service starts from the time that your service goes active and you receive a confirmation email from us. Mate mobile SIM cards an eSIMS can be activated as soon as you have signed up with Mate.
When does my MATE Internet Service Start?
Your Mate Internet service starts from activation of NBN’s equipment. Once active, a confirmation email and SMS will be sent advising you that the service is now live.
